I’ve recently been in a slump. Im not sleeping well, stressed, fatigued, etc. I know/hope it does not last long but I’m researching all my options.
I’m curious is anyone has tried any of the monthly customized vitamin packets that seem to be popular. Maybe even CBD products. They all seem to be popping up in google searches but not sure if the supplements, herbs, etc are really effective.
I’ve even considered doing a hormone test for possible low T or other markers.
