German rental company Bleser Mietservice has taken delivery of a pink Helix 1205 mast boom to help raise money and awareness for German Cancer Aid (Deutsche Krebshilfe).
Supplied by Hematec at Innovations Days last week, the 1205 features a three section telescopic jib to offer a 12 metre working height, an outreach of 5.15 metres and a platform capacity of 200kg.
For every day the machine is on rent Bleser has pledged to donate €5 to the German Cancer Aid. It has also managed to €5,000 for the charity with Hematec donating €3,500 and Iva Thiel of Lectura Press donating a further €1,500 at the handover. The new machine will be called Glücksfee 2 (Lucky Fairy 2) after the company named a pink Niftylift HR 21 Hybrid Glücksfee last year.
Bleser has already helped raise €5,000 for German Cancer Aid
Managing director Maayke Bleser said: “Thank you very much for the great support! We hope that the campaign will find many imitators and that many customers will rent the machine so that a lot of money can be raised for German cancer research.”
Bleser also donates €5 to the German Cancer Aid every day its pink Niftylift is out on hire
Based in Neuwied, western Germany, Bleser runs a fleet of over 100 boom, scissor and trailer lifts, as well as truck mounted platforms and telehandlers.
