I can't post links yet but the program I am talking about is Metallicdpas PPL program from the r/Fitness wiki
I like almost everything about this program but I have a few tweaks in mind that I'd like to ask about.
Number 1:
The normal deadlift is my favorite movement but it is only done for one set a week on a pull day. I don't understand why it is on a pull day instead of a legs day. I would like to do it more often but I don't know how to change the routine in a manner that wouldn't impede my progress. Can I do more sets of normal deadlift than just 1? Can I change out RDL's for normal deadlift on leg days?
Number 2:
On pull days I often find that by the time I get to the bicep curls after the other movements, my arms are too fatigued and feel numb when trying to curl. Can I do the curls after the Bent Row but before the accessory back movements?
Number 3:
When stretching after a workout, is there a certain window that I should do them in? Should I do them right after a workout or does it really matter?
About me:
Age: 17
Sex: Male
Height: 5'8
Weight: 170 LB
Goals: to be jacked and tan baby
Your help would be greatly appreciated!![]()

Number 1
Deadlifts and Squats are both very taxing lifts when done at work weight. You get plenty of DL volume from the RDLs in the program + the normal ones.
Number 2
Are you curling too heavy? In truth they are accessories so you can do them whenever you want
number 3
doesn't really matter.
Keep doing PPL and you will be. Make sure you don't injure yourself.San Antonio Spurs/Dallas Cowboys/Houston Astros/Georgia Tech/Baylor/UTA/Manchester United
