NCC starts work on first 4 of 6 planned ICT parks

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has commenced the establishment of ICT parks in each of the six geopolitical zones of the country, This Day reported. It is in the process of completing the first phase of the project in four of them, namely Abeokuta for the South-west, Enugu for the South-east, Maiduguri in the North-east and Kano for the North-west. The NCC said they will improve digital skills training for young people, promote innovation, provide jobs and support the government's digital modernisation plans.
