An assailant socked a fellow straphanger in the face at a Bronx subway station late Thursday, cops say.
Eric Jackson — who has been previously arrested 10 times — got into an argument with a 26-year-old man on the No. 4 train platform at the 149th Street-Grand Concourse station around 9:15 p.m., police said.
Then Jackson, 31, socked the victim in the face, cops said.
Jackson was arrested a short time after the incident and charged with assault, according to police.
No details were available on what sparked the dispute between the two men.
Jackson has been arrested in the past on charges including criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of stolen property, criminal trespass and drug possession, police said.
