    Stock market update: Nifty Realty index falls 0.38% in an upbeat market

    Synopsis

    The Nifty Realty index was trading 0.38 per cent down at 391.55.

    India 10-year bond yield rose 0.37 per cent to 6 after trading in 5.99-6.01 range.
    NEW DELHI: The Nifty Realty index traded negative around 10:36AM (IST) on Friday in an upbeat market.

    DLF (up 0.43 per cent), Phoenix Mills (up 0.3 per cent) and Prestige Estates Projects (up 0.13 per cent) were among the top gainers.

    Indiabulls Real Estate (down 2.3 per cent), Oberoi Realty (down 1.66 per cent), Sunteck Realty (down 1.61 per cent), SOBHA (down 1.56 per cent) and Hemisphere Properties India (down 0.52 per cent) were the top losers on the index.

    The Nifty Realty index was down 0.38 per cent at 391.55 at the time of writing this report.

    Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 10.35 points at 15934.55, while the BSE Sensex was up 18.99 points at 53177.84.

    Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 29 were trading in the green, while 21 were in the red.

    Shares of Vodafone Idea, NALCO, Wipro, YES Bank and BHEL were among the most traded shares on the NSE.

    Shares of Datamatics Glob, Tera Software, RPP Infra Proj, Ausom Enterprise and Shyam Century Ferro hit their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade, while Walpar Nutritions Ltd. and Suryoday Small Finance Bank Ltd. hit fresh 52-week lows in trade.
