    Pelvic tilt

I've been told I have anterior pelvic tilt which has a lot to do with why I get low back pain when doing squats/deadlifts etc. I was given some exercises to fix this. My question is should I do these before/after heavy leg exercises or should I hold off on the leg exercises until I get the tilt fixed? Would wearing a weight belt help or hurt the situation?
