MUMBAI: Maharashtra state board of secondary and higher secondary education on Friday declared that 99.95% students who registered for class X examination in the state have passed the exam.

Candidates, who are waiting for the declaration of the SSC results 2021, can check their results online through the official websites - http://result.mh-ssc.ac.in or http://www.mahahsscboard.in. However, right now the official websites are not opening, it may be due to heavy traffic. Therefore, candidates are advised to have patience and check their result after some time.

"This is probably a record result in the state. The result is 4.65% higher than last year. The result of 4922 students have been kept reserved because of various reasons such as data of their previous marks is not available. The Common Entrance Test for admission to class XI will probably be held by August 21,"said Dinkar Patil, chairman of the board.

Konkan region secured 100% pass percent topping the state while the least pass percent was secured by Nagpur region with 99.84%. Pune region and Mumbai region has 99.96% students who have passed the class X.

Of the 15,75,806 students who had registered for the exam, the internal assessment marks of 15,75,752 students were received from schools out of which 15,74,994 students have passed the exam 957 students have received 100% marks while 9 schools have 0% results.

368 students have failed in one or two subjects and hence given ATKT (Allowed to Keep Term). A decision on their future will be taken by the state government, said officials.

It was earlier said that the results of Standard X would be declared by July 15, but there were delays at the schools’ end as data of many students was not readily available owing to the lockdown and subsequent school closures.

“The results from all divisional boards are already in. If there are any remaining results, we are collecting them too and collating the data. The result will not be declared on Thursday, but it will be declared within a week. There were some technical problems in the portal for Standard XII marks update. This will be resolved in two days and we will start the update process for Standard XII from July 16,” Dinkar Patil, chairman of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education had said.


Steps to check Maharashtra SSC Result 2021

1) Visit the official websites of the board - http://result.mh-ssc.ac.in or http://www.mahahsscboard.in


2) On the homepage, click on the link which says “SSC Examination Result 2021”.


3) A new page will appear on the screen. Students have to enter the seat number, year and their date of birth in the date-month-year format to check thier scores.


4) Click on submit, download result and take printout for future use.
