SAD to move adjournment motion on farm laws, five other parties already on board: Naresh Gujral

JALANDHAR: Shiromani Akali Dal general secretary and Rajya Sabha member Naresh Gujral has said that as their party would be moving adjournment motion in the Lok Sabha to seek repealing of three farm laws, they have already spoken to five parties and they would be supporting it.
“We have already spoken to Shiv Sena, NCP, DMK, BSP and TMC and they would be supporting the adjournment motion in Lok Sabha. We are in the process of contacting other parties and would try to gather maximum support for the motion,” Gujral told TOI on Thursday evening.
He also said as the rules in Rajya Sabha for adjournment motion they were looking for the ways to censure the government in the upper house also.
