Adam Demos dropped jaws when appearing in the nude in the Netflix hit series Sex/Life.
And the Australian star, 36, admitted it was the thought of being seen naked 'forever' was a huge motivating factor in getting fit before filming.
'If anyone's told they're going to be nude on a streaming service that lasts forever, you're probably going to have a solid work ethic when it comes to [exercise],' Demos told Smallzy's Celebrity Small Talk podcast on Wednesday.

And now actress Sarah Shahi, Adam's co-star and real-life girlfriend, has shared the some secrets behind the scene.
Sarah posted images of the show's script on her Instagram stories this week.

She explained that that all the saucy sex and nudity scenes were written out in detail in the script, unlike many other shows.
'The difference with the sex scenes in this project was EVERYTHING was on the page,' Sarah said.
'Unlike other scripts that can be a bit more vague in their descriptions.'
She added: 'This allowed for an emotional point of storytelling to happen through the sex scenes, not just for shock value.'

She shared a picture of the script for the racy shower scene, where Adam's character goes completely naked in the shower at the gym.
It details every part of the scene, where love rivals Brad (played by Demos) and Cooper (played by Mike Vogel) see each other and Cooper 'checks out Brad's package' and finds his 'worst fears are confirmed' as 'Brad's junk is impressive'.
Details are even down to the actors turning on the shower heads and smashing the wall.
In the show, Sarah's character Billie is married to Cooper, but can't help reminiscing about her romance with ex Brad and their wild sex life.

Meanwhile, there has been speculation about whether Adam used a prosthetic or CGI to enhance the size of his manhood during his shower scene.
Australian radio personality Em Rusciano recently offered 'proof' the actor's package is the real deal.
She posted some private DMs she'd received on Instagram from women who grew up in the same town as Adam, which seemed to confirm his size is authentic.
'Hey Em, I grew up in the same town as Adam Demos (a year below me at school) and I can guarantee you there were no special effects. He is a big boy!' one read.
Another of Em's followers wrote: 'My family grew up in Dapto with Adam Demos. My sister asked his bestie if it was his penis and it is.'
