TriVersity Construction will move its headquarters from Norwood to Walnut Hills, relocating 115 employees to its new location at 921 Curtis St.

A groundbreaking ceremony was held Thursday morning for the new headquarters located on a 20,000-square-foot property the Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority acquired in 2017.

The port cleaned up the site and prepared it for new development before selling it to TriVersity in 2019.

TriVersity is the fourth minority-owned business to open in Walnut Hills over the past few years with support from the port.

The others include Just Q'in barbecue restaurant, Esoteric Brewing and Mortar, which opened a co-working space and retail store in Trevarren Flats.

"We appreciate the work of the port and how they continue to revitalize our neighborhoods. We are looking forward to becoming members of the thriving Walnut Hills community,'' TriVersity said in a statement.

TriVersity, one of the largest minority-owned businesses in the area, ranks in the Top 10 of the largest general contractors in our region. It ranked 97th on the 2020 Deloitte Cincinnati USA 100 list of the region's largest privately held companies.

TriVersity’s roster of clients includes Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, Duke Energy, Procter & Gamble and Fifth Third Bank.
