Elyse Knowles welcomed her first child, son Sunny, just five months ago.
And it seems the model has bounced back relatively fast, as she flaunted her trim and toned post-baby body in an Instagram selfie on Wednesday.
The 28-year-old shared a photo of herself in a green crop top and leggings, drawing attention to her flat tummy.

Her blonde tresses were styled in braids for a photo shoot with retail giant Myer.

Elyse has been enjoying motherhood since welcoming Sunny with her fiancé Josh Barker in February.

In June, she proved she was well and truly back into her fitness routine by attending a Pilates class in Byron Bay.
Elyse showed off her impressively lean body in a workout video that highlighted her strength as she pulled herself up on metal bars with her ankles resting in straps.
She's been mixing up her routine with boxing exercises and also recently showcased her washboard abs in a post-workout mirror selfie.

An exhausted-looking Elyse captioned the photo: 'Back to boxing. DEAD.'
Elyse, who is already back to work as a model and brand ambassador, recently said she feels no pressure to lose weight following the birth of her son.
'To be honest, I really don't care. This is me, this is my mum body now. I'm completely confident, happy and relaxed. I don't have time to worry about that stuff anymore,' she told the Herald Sun.
