OBEROI REALTY net profit down at Rs 3 billion for the quarter ended March 2021, compared to a loss of Rs 3 billion a year ago. Net Sales declined 4.6% to Rs 7.9 billion during the period as against Rs 8.3 billion in January-March 2020.
For the year ended March 2020, OBEROI REALTY reported 15.6% decrease in net profit to Rs 6.8 billion compared to net profit of Rs 8.1 billion during FY19.
Revenue of the company grew 13.4% to Rs 22 billion during FY20.
The current Price to earnings ratio of OBEROI REALTY, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 35.9x.
