The film tentatively titled as Suriya 40(40th film of Suriya) will be the third collabration of the actor and the director which is bankrolled by sun Pictures. According to the reports, the shooting of the film that faced multiple delays due to Covid-19 has finally resumed. The movie said to be a power-packed entertainer has welcomed the actor to the shoot and has been confirmed by its cinematographer Rathnavelu. 

Rathnavelu in his twitter expressed his joy in holding the camera back again after a gap and added that cinema is a place where he belongs. The movie is said to be shot in different locations across tamilnadu such as Chennai, madurai and Karaikudi. The makers of the movie are tightlipped about the cast details the update of the movie is expected to be released by the actors birthday which falls on July 23.

Suriya’s latest release was Soorarai Potru on amazon Prime which garnered positive response. Besides the current film with Pandiraj, Suriya is gearing up for his next movie with vetrimaran titled as ‘Vaadivasal’.
