Imphal, July 14 2021: The proscribed PREPAK (Pro) has clarified that the outfit has no connection whatsoever with Wangkhongthem Ngouba @ Ingoba from Sugnu Awang Leikai.

A press release issued by PREPAK (Pro) said that arresting individuals who have no link with the outfit is a habitual trait of IOF and State force.

Saying that the security forces have been using deserters of armed outfits to create enmity among members of other groups since the past few years, it added that PREPAK (Pro) will start observing the conduct of deserters.
