Five suspects robbed a pedestrian at gunpoint in Hell’s Kitchen early Thursday, cops said.
The group — three men and two women — approached the victim around 1 a.m. at Ninth Avenue and West 53rd Street, police said.
One of the men displayed a revolver as the group swiped a cell phone and jewelry from the victim, cops said.
Police did not immediately have information on the victim’s gender or age.
The suspects fled after the robbery.
The man with the revolver was about 5-foot-4 and had a beard, police sources said. He wore blue jeans and a white shirt.
The second man was about 6-foot-2 and wore a white tank top and blue jeans. The third male suspect is described as heavy-set and wore a black Nike shirt and black shorts.
Both of the women wore tracksuits — one in blue and one in gray, police sources said.
