Hey guys. I'm new to working out. I'm not looking to be a 300lb body builder but I want to look fit and gain some muscle. I'm 6'2 205lbs. Wouldn't mind losing some belly fat but I'm pretty slim every where else. I recently purchased a set of resistance bands. I've seen all the exercises that can be done with them. There's so many different exercises that can work different areas of a muscle. Should I work all different areas of the muscle in one workout or what? I basically don't know what the hell I'm doing and just looking for advice. Thanks for taking your time to read
