Bhopal, July 14 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan paid glowing tributes on Wednesday to the state’s first non-Congress chief minister Kailash Chandra Joshi on his birth anniversary, it was officially learnt.
Mr Joshi – who assumed the state’s reins post-Emergency – also served as legislator for as many as eight terms, was elected to the Lok Sabha twice and was a Rajya Sabha Member once.
