Hi I am very skinny and I am looking to put on some weight and exercise more. I have gotten myself some resistance bands so I can try and workout at home because currently I feel too self conscious to go to a gym and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions to some workout plans. I've had a look at a few on the website but a lot of them I am incapable of doing purely because I am not strong enough to do things like chin ups, pull ups and push ups. As of right now I am 5 ft 10 and weigh 128lbs (58KG/9 stone)
