A bench headed by Justice RF Nariman has issued notices to the Central Government and the UP Government. The matter will come up for hearing on Friday. The court also referred to Prime Minister Narendra Modi`s remarks on the third wave. The court said that the PM had said that `we cannot compromise at all`.
