Ludhiana, July 13

Cabinet Minister Bharat Bhushan Ashu on Tuesday reviewed the progress of Ludhiana’s various development projects.

While presiding over a meeting in Chandigarh, the Cabinet Minister directed officials to expedite the execution of the development projects, including new athletics track in Guru Nanak Stadium, installation of Bio-Gas plant in Haibowal Dairy Complex, rejuvenation of Buddha Nullah and status of the solid waste management system.

The minister said the work on these projects would be completed soon to ensure that city residents were benefitted from them. Senior officials of various departments, Mayor Balkar Singh Sandhu and MC Commissioner Pardeep Kumar Sabharwal were among those others present.
