Hi guys,
when i hit the gym, i do a 5×5 program with just 1 lift a day.
Mon : weighted pull up
Tue : Overhead press
Wed : squat
Thu : weighted pull up
Fri : Overhead press
Sat : Deadlift
Sun : weighted dips
Is the volume good for a natty or should i reduce to a 3×5? I used to have good result a few year ago with a 2×5 and the same exercices.

Naturals should train completely different than enhanced ones:
Enhanced:
Monday: 60 sets
Tuesday: 50 sets
Wednesday: 60 sets
Thursday: 50 sets
Friday: 100 sets (because you're doing arms)
While naturals:
Monday: 1 set of 3 reps
Tuesday: pause
Wednesday: pause
Thursday: pause
Friday: 1 set of 3 reps (if you are too tired from Monday, rest or do 50% of Monday's weight)"Reminds me of the good ol' days back in 03-04 when ripptoes/5 by 5/hit/doggcrap reigned supreme and you did not need direct arm work for big biceps.
