tried calling/messaging numerous times to rehan asking regarding the item pickup..no response in past 7-8hrs..would request him to kindly update asap pls..also no offense i got no idea how much busy he is..i mean in past 7-8hrs after making many calls/messages he just responded via one message that too via watsapp

Also apologies for the few delays with shipping, pickup was not being attempted by the courier company and couldn't ship it by physically going to courier center as I was bedridden for 1-2 days

Also for future -
I hope the buyers understand that I don't have a team working for me to ship the products nor am I a professional seller so please tolerate 1-2 days shipping delay that might happen due to personal/health reasons

+1 to the above. People need to understand that some of us have jobs, and not typical 9-5 jobs, my work hours are 11-9 or so. So, if we don't give you quick replies or logistics on par with Amazon Prime, please don't hold it against us, or think we have scammed you (if you've made your payment already)

there's nothing like that..problem arises when the seller's communication/response is prompt/quick/spot-on whatever u call it b4 makin da payment while vice versa as soon as payment's made the same goes down hill..now i dont wanna elaborate further but if situation demands then..

Valid point and surely the buyer can get nervous. But yea, just imagine the situation if you were in talks with the seller before his/her work day began, and you were getting quick replies, then you made the payment, and the sellers shift/client call began. I don't know your scenario, and hence can't comment on specifics. My comment was a general one.

Payment was made on 23rd and I replied with multiple messages including shipping label and tracking link within 12 minutes

The longest time I didn't reply was for around 7-8 hrs (was resting, not feeling good) the next day, after which it was regular follow up
The product was shipped on 25th

Thanks to the monsoon, the courier guys had to delay. Nevertheless, I finally received the NUC on Friday afternoon. Tested it for a day and the unit proved itself quite reliable. Kudos to @rehankum for well-maintenance!
