The new Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has made a big announcement. Pradhan on Monday announced that the NEET UG 2021 exam for admission to medical courses will be conducted on September 12, 2021. The Union Education Minister said that the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test i.e. NEET (UG) 2021 will be conducted across the country on 12 September 2021 following the COVID-19 protocol. The application process will start from 05 PM on Tuesday through the NTA website.

The number of exam centres and exam cities have been increased this year in view of the COVID-19 situation. Pradhan also said that the number of cities where the examination will be conducted has been increased from 155 to 198 to ensure that social distancing norms are followed.
