NEET UG 2021 Application: Here's list of documents required
NEW DELHI: The registration for NEET UG 2021 examination will begin on Tuesday, July 13, 5.00 PM. Candidates who have not yet applied for the NEET UG 2021 examination are advised to visit the official website of the examination - ntaneet.nic.in - to fill in the online application form. The NEET UG 2021 Examination will be conducted on September 12, 2021.
Here are the documents required to fill in the NEET UG 2021 Application form
Last year, the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) was conducted on September 13 amid strict precautions in view of the COVID-19 pandemic. A total of 13.66 lakh candidates had appeared in the exam of whom 7,71,500 qualified.
From the last year, the admissions to MBBS course in 13 All India Institute of Medical Sciences and the Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research, Puducherry, are also being made through NEET following the amendment in National Medical Commission Act, 2019.
The test will be offered in 11 languages -- English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Marathi, Odia, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.
Here are the documents required to fill in the NEET UG 2021 Application form
- Scanned images of Candidate’s latest Passport size Photograph (size: 10 kb to 200 kb)
- Post Card size photograph (4”X6”) (Size: 50 kb - 300 kb)
- Candidate’s Signature (file size: 4kb - 30kb)
- Left hand thumb impression (file size: 10 kb-50 kb) in JPG/JPEG format. (In case of any eventuality of left thumb being unavailable, right hand thumb impression may be used)
- Class X Passing Certificate (file size: 100 kb to 400 kb) in JPG/JPEG format
Step-by-step guide to fill in NEET UG 2021 Application form
- Apply for Online Registration using your or parents unique Email ID and Mobile No.
- Fill in the Online Application Form and note down the system generated Application No.
- Upload the required documents
- Pay application fee and keep proof of fee paid safely for future reference
