Australia win toss and bat in T20 clash

Australia have won the toss and will bat in their must-win third T20 International cricket match against the West Indies in St Lucia.

Captain Aaron Finch has made three changes to the side with paceman Riley Meredith and middle-order batsmen Alex Carey and Ashton Turner replacing spinner Ashton Agar and batsmen Ben McDermott and Josh Philippe, as Agar and McDermott are injured.

"The extra quick option will probably give us a bit more flexibility in the powerplay and at the death," Finch said.

West Indies have made just one change, with paceman and first-game hero Obed McCoy coming back into the side for the injured Fidel Edwards.

Finch has won the toss for all three games, but opted to bowl first in the matches which Australia have lost by 18 and 56 runs.

"Obviously we didn't chase too well in the first two games," Finch said. "Hopefully put a total on the board and out some run rate pressure on."

Australia can only take the five-match series by winning the last three matches.

Australia: Aaron Finch (capt), Matthew Wade, Mitch Marsh, Moises Henriques, Alex Carey, Ashton Turner, Dan Christian, Mitchell Starc, Adam Zampa, Riley Meredith, Josh Hazlewood.

West Indies: Lendl Simmons, Andre Fletcher, Chris Gayle, Shimron Hetmyer, Dwayne Bravo, Nicholas Pooran (capt), Andre Russell, Fabian Allen, Hayden Walsh, Sheldon Cottrell, Obed McCoy.
