Russia to extend LTE spectrum permits with conditions - report

Russia's state radio frequencies commission SRFC plans to prolong the current permits for the use of the 700 MHz, 800 MHz and 2.5-2.7 GHz bands for LTE services for an additional 10-year term, according to information seen by Vedemosti. The decision will be taken in August, according to a mobile operator with access to the SRFC's draft plans.
