Duck Thinks 'He's a Dog' in Hilarious Video
If you need cheering up today, look know further than this adorable clip of a duck that thinks he's a dog.
In footage shared to TikTok by Myaussietribe, we can see two Australian Shepherds running across a garden.
Waddling behind them is a brown duck who finally catches up with them at the gate where the dogs are peering out at something.
The two canines then turn around and start running back, only to be followed again by the bird who is clearly traveling as fast as he can to keep up with the dogs.
The video, which can be viewed here, is captioned: "My duck thinks he's a dog #petsoftiktok #fyp #ducksoftiktok
The cute clip was posted on December 20, 2020 and has gone viral online, having so far been viewed a whopping 4.5 million times and surpassed 962,000 likes.
Many people took to the comments section to share their thoughts on the adorable scene.

Another person, Kelsey, added: "It hurts my feelings that he has to try so hard to keep up with them why am I like this."
Ray typed: "Suprised those Australian Shepherds aren't trying to herd the duck."
Georgia Barone joked: "I am confused??? There is a duck in this??? I only see three dogs???"
Jasmine Faith stated: "When he finally caught up just for them to turn around and go back."
Daneka revealed: "Haha we had a duck like this. He used to eat dog food as well and chase the cars that came down our driveway."
KL commented from the duck's perspective, writing: "haha... hey hey... my brother said you have to let me hang with you .... WAIT UP."
Andrea Rochian asked: "Omg why is this so cute? And they don't play with little duck."
Although one might assume that dogs and ducks would not be able to coexist peacefully, Famhouseguide.com explains: "Normally, dogs will run after ducks and even try to eat them.
"But if a dog has a high level of socialization, the chances of it trying to prey on ducks are relatively low."
The website also adds: "It all depends on what you do—how you introduce the dog to the ducks. It also depends on how you teach your dogs to act around the ducks."
And on the topic of animals who act like other animals, a dog recently went viral on TikTok after performing tasks that even humans might find tricky.
These included yoga, painting and playing guitar.
