Health-technology startup Meddo is in advanced talks to acquire Doxper, another firm in the healthcare space, according to people familiar with the matter. This comes on the heels of the company landing $6 million funding in a round led by SRI Capital, Picus Capital and Alkemi Capital last month.

"Meddo will fully acquire Doxper. The talks are at an advanced stage," said a person in the company who is close to the development.
