I train in BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) 2-5 times a week depending on what else I have to do that week and work a third shift job. I’d like to start weight training to help improve my bjj and hopefully loose weight get into better shape while I’m at it but I only really have time to work out on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Can I see results by training that way and doing Bjj on the days I’m not lifting? What’s a good program for that?
