Question Update On My Progress and Next Steps?

So, I wanted to post an update on my progress and gather any and all feedback so as to figure out the best approach going forward to reach my personal goals....

    48

    215 lbs (high was 339 22 months ago...so down 124 lbs)

Did it a little too fast so did lose a significant amount of lean mass.... was at 40% body fat, now around 30%.

(according to my handheld Omrom body fat monitor...which I know is not exactly fully accurate, but the numbers did decrease gradually over the 22 months and seem to give some sort of ballpark...plan on getting a DexaScan in September)

GOAL: 200lbs and 20% body fat

So, according to my calcs, I need to lose about 25lbs of fat and gain 10lbs of lean mass roughly. At least the numbers are getting more reasonable than just "Lose 139 lbs".

I have done the work by increasing my daily exercise and completely fixing my diet through self education. Mostly this has included, regular 2-3 mile walks, some resistance training, some cardio, some intermittent fasting and cutting out most sugar and limiting carbs, and overall working to consume as many micronutrients as possible by eating more vegetables, fruits, healthy fats and a variety of food and supplements overall. I have virtually eliminated most meds and have almost fully conquered type 2 Diabetes. My BP is also now in check.

So, what is the best approach to reach my above goal going forward? And what is the best timeline? I am in no rush, but would like to reach the above goal (200lbs and 20% body fat) as a personal challenge and victory and to reach the best health I have been in since my early 20s. I plan on also seeing a Naturopath soon to discuss hormones, vitamins, minerals and overall supplements and get all that blood work done. The blood work thru my doctor is all excellent except for my Creatinine levels causing a lower eGFR than I would like, but I am pretty sure this is due to my recent 10-week Creatine supplementation which I have cycled off of for now until blood work again in 5-6 weeks.

    Suggestions? Thoughts?

Any advice or details are VERY HIGHLY APPRECIATED!!

    Thanks!
