YOKNEAM, Israel, July 12, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- InMode Ltd. (Nasdaq: INMD), a leading global provider of innovative medical technologies, announced today that it expects to release its financial results for the second quarter of 2021 before the Nasdaq market opens on Wednesday, July 28, 2021. 

InMode is currently finalizing its financial results for the second quarter of 2021. While complete financial information and operating data are not yet available, set forth below are certain preliminary results of InMode's financials for said period, subject to final adjustments and other developments that may arise between now and the time such financial results are published. Based on preliminary results, management expects:

• Record revenue for the second quarter of 2021 in the range of $86.5 million to $87.0 million
• Record Non-GAAP earnings¹ per diluted share for the second quarter of 2021 in the range of $1.00 to $1.01
• Revenue for the full year of 2021 will be in the range of $305 million to $315 million
• Non-GAAP gross margin for the full year of 2021 in the range of 84% to 86%
