In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 15,789 (up 0.1%). The top gainers in the NSE Nifty include ULTRATECH CEMENT (up 2.4%), JSW STEEL (up 1.9%) and SHREE CEMENT (up 1.9%). Other gainers include GRASIM (up 1.9%) and TATA CONSUMER (up 1.2%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 36,329 to 52,701, registering a gain of 16,372 points (up 44.29%).

SHANKARA BUILDING PRODUCTS Financial Update...

SHANKARA BUILDING PRODUCTS net profit down at Rs 111 million for the quarter ended March 2021, compared to a loss of Rs 218 million a year ago. Net Sales rose 14.3% to Rs 6.4 billion during the period as against Rs 5.6 billion in January-March 2020.

For the year ended March 2020, SHANKARA BUILDING PRODUCTS reported 21.8% increase in net profit to Rs 399.0 million compared to net profit of Rs 327.0 million during FY19.

Revenue of the company grew 13.3% to Rs 28 billion during FY20.

The current Price to earnings ratio of SHANKARA BUILDING PRODUCTS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 86.9x.
