Kings Infra Ventures Limited has allotted the 15th tranche of Unlisted Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a Private Placement basis. The company allotted 2400 NCDs of the face value of Rs1000 each on Friday aggregating to Rs24 lakh, the company said in a filing on Monday.
At around 1.48 pm, Kings Infra Ventures Ltd was trading at Rs35.20 up by Rs1.5 or 4.45% from its previous closing of Rs33.70 on the BSE. It hit a 52-week high of Rs36.40 per piece on the BSE on Monday.
