The new cast for ''Pavitra Rishta 2 has been confirmed and the actors have sharted shooting for one of the most-awaited shows.
In the new season, actor Shaheer Sheikh will essay the role of Manav Deshmukh which was earlier played by late actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
Ankita Lokhande has reprised her role as Archana.
Recently, ALTBalaji - Ekta Kapoor's digital platform - shared a few pictures of Ankita, Shaheer, Usha Nadkarni (who played Savita Deshmukh), Asheema Vardaan and Randeep Rai from the first day of the shoot.
In one of the photos, the lead actors can be seen posing with a clapboard.

However, moments after the post was shared, several fans of Sushant and the previous season of the show took to the comments section and said that no one can replace Sushant.
"No one can replace Sushant or be like him no matter who comes to play his role," a user commented.
"Was this necessary !??? There is no manav other than Sushant !!! You people know how to play witu emotions and make people fool!!!! Plsssssss!!!! Whym?????????? Get going !!!!!!! Sushant fans us) are not against anyone or spreading hate but what had this been necessary when Sushant is absent here," a user wrote.
"Sushant is no more but we still remember him n can't see anyone as a Manav," wrote another user.
"I'm not against shaheer I love him as dev noone replace dev same noone like sushant on manav character and more sad part why this show announced after sushant demise that's look makers want advantage of people sentiments," a user wrote in the comments section.
