According to the complaint received by the police, the thugs are not only extorting money from people by taking out fake advertisements in the name of getting jobs in the under-construction metro rail project, but are also giving them fake appointment letters.
Recently, the case of giving such fake appointment letters to three youths has come to the notice of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC). The names of these youths are Kritish Kishore, Yasir Imam and Roshan Kumar. After the matter came to light, DMRC has given a complaint to register an FIR at Sri Krishnapuri police station in Patna.
The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, which has built the Patna Metro, itself has warned people about this. DMRC Executive Director Anuj Dayal has issued a message saying that some vicious people are duping unemployed youths by taking out fake advertisements of providing employment in Patna Metro. Some are even giving offer letters.
According to DMRC, the process of their appointment is completely computerized and merit-based. DMRC has not authorized any agency or person for this.
