For the first time in his career, Djokovic has finally caught up with his great rivals Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal and the trio now hold 60 Grand Slam titles between them - 20 each. Let that sink in. Djokovic has been phenomenal this year and this tournament as well. This is his third Grand Slam title of the year having earlier won the Australian Open, French Open and then Wimbledon. Let that sink in too. He's part of Serbian Olympic team so that's on too. And then we have the US Open too. It's a factthat he doesn't always get the same adulation as Federer and Nadal but that doesn't diminish his genius and talent.
Is it easy?

🎾Djokovic 6-4 Berrettini: Two errors on forehand from Berrettini see him tailing 0-30. But Djokovic follows him with a forehand error of his own to make it 30-15. Ah! A sublime point from Djokovic that puts him on the brink as he pumps his fist. But he crashes is forehand well off the target but a wide forehand from Italian gives him the set.
🎾Djokovic 5-3 Berrettini: The top-ranked Djokovic starts by crashing one onto the nets but then follows with a fierce cross court forehand. A poor drop-shot attempt from Berrettini makes it 40-15 in Djoker's favour but he drops one wide to give his opponent some breathing space. Chants of Novak Novak. And game Djokovic.
