Married At First Sight star Sarah Roza has showed off her results after undergoing a drastic plastic surgery makeover on her entire body.
On Sunday, the 43-year-old told The Herald Sun she'd had a series of liposuction and fat transfer procedures to accentuate her 'Hollywood' curves, a move she described as a 'whole body makeover'.
'It is Vaser Liposuction and I have had pretty much my whole body (done) from my neck down,' she said, confirming she's lost around '5kg' following the procedure.

'For me, my brief was I want my waist to be tiny and I want to show more of an hourglass shape and improve on what I already have,' she added.

Sarah had the surgery with Dr Reza Ahmadi in Melbourne back in May, and has shared a string of photos of herself on Instagram since the procedure took place.
She notably looked very svelte in June as she posed for a picture with fellow MAFS star Melissa Walsh, showing off her figure in a skin-tight pink dress and thigh-high boots.

Sarah says she previously wore a size 10 to 12 pre-surgery, and said she's also had 'fat taken from one area and put into others'.
She added that it was a 'serious surgery', and was in recovery for six weeks.
On Cosmos Clinic's website, liposuction procedures start at $4,400, with $1,750 on top of the base price for each additional area treated.

'I remember going to sleep and waking up three or four hours later as a different person,' she added.
The Melbourne-based beauty specialist rose to fame after she appeared on the 2018 season of the Channel Nine dating show after being paired with Telv Williams.
The pair dated for three months before they eventually called it quits.
