Argentina won the Copa America title for a record-equalling 15th time as they beat Brazil 1-0 on July 11.

Angel Di Maria’s brilliant first-half strike stands out as the difference between both the teams as Brazil failed to score even after repeated attempts.

This was Lionel Messi’s first Copa America title. Messi’s wait to win an international tournament was finally over as Argentina beat Brazil 1-0 to claim the title.

Argentina now equals Uruguay as the record winners of the title.
