    Northern Lights Fitness Bench

    Location: Toronto/Canada
    Experts,
Looking for some feedback on this bench if any one using this & any experience. I tried directly in local stores & looks really really sturdy & feels heavy with lot of adjustments/optional which is my requirement.
Also, is preacher curl attachment worthit or should i skip?

    Model name: Norther Lights NLFIDB

Assuming it's this one, the 21" height might be a problem unless you are really tall or already have a shorter flat bench. Around 18" is what people usually look for to have the best footing for leg drive during benching.

Pad width is also less than what many consider ideal. Look for closer to 12", though you might be fine with narrower. It's personal preference for shoulder support.
