How to build a push pull leg workout from scratch?
earlier I made a post sharing my proposed workout routine where I just took all my favorite exercises and spread them across 3 days. I got a lot of great feedback and learned that I was not only doing too much in one day but also doing exercises in the wrong order. My question is: What guidelines should I follow to make an efficient custom PPL routine? what exercises should always come first? How do I know that I'm not doing repetitive exercises? If anyone has an intermediate push pull legs routine to share, I would appreciate that as well.
