Noida: 200 plots up for grabs in Sector 151 soon

NOIDA: After launching its ambitious golf course project in Sector 151, the Noida Authority will soon come up with a residential plot scheme in the newly developed sector across the Noida-Greater Noida expressway. Some 200 plots ranging from 250-450 sqm will be up for grabs by this month-end, officials said.
Also, some 97 flats built for the rehabilitation of JJ Colony inhabitants and the economically weaker section will be up for allotment by July 31. These include 79 one-room sets across sectors 117, 118 and 122, and 18 two-room flats across sectors 55, 82 and 99. The decisions were taken by Noida CEO Ritu Maheshwari at a review meeting of the Authority’s residential plots department on Friday.
“I have directed officials that the scheme of the newly created plots in Sector 151 be published for the public by the end of July,” said CEO Maheshwari.
According to Anil Kumar Singh, AGM of Noida Authority, over 200 residential plots in Sector 151 will be brought under the scheme. “The scheme will be launched by the end of July.” While the Authority has not yet declared at what circle rates these plots will be allotted, sources maintain it may range from Rs 40,000-50,000 sqm.
