Really dont understand why one shouldnt work out everyday
Been doing now 6 days a week working out, one day cardio & body Weight and works perfectly

It's the total workload per week which is the issue. It's much easier to overreach your recovery abilities if you work out every day.
So you just have to be more careful to pace yourself.
It's all about discovering your volume dose requirements. Mike Israetel talks about this extensively, may be worth googling (MEV, MRV etc)
