Boy, 10, with a medical condition goes missing in Melbourne after vanishing from his home this morning
A 10-year-old boy with a medical condition has disappeared from his home in Melbourne.
Dillon was last seen leaving his home in Avondale Heights, in the city's north-west, at about 8.30am on Saturday morning.
Victoria Police and the Dillon's family are holding grave concerns for the young boy due to his age and condition.

Dillon is described as being about 130cm tall with a small build and short brown hair.
He was last seen wearing a grey hoodie with pictures of French Bulldogs and pancake stacks on it.
Police say Dillon is known to frequent the Braybrook area.
