Chandigarh, July 9

The Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) today announced its decision to extend the facility of 300 units of free power given to freedom fighters, to their children and grandchildren.

Free power is currently being given to 38 freedom fighters, entailing a subsidy of Rs 4 lakh. AAP convener Arvind Kejriwal had recently announced 300 units for all if the party won the next polls. — TNS
