Nick Cannon is defending himself after the timeline started wracking their brains trying to figure out his timeline after he welcomed his fourth child in the span of a year.
His rumoured girlfriend, Alyssa Scott shared the news of baby Zen on 3 July. This, after the comedian welcomed twin boys Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir in June with model and influencer Abby De La Rosa. He is also dad to six-month-old Powerful Queen and 4-year-old Golden with model Brittany Bell, while also having twins Moroccan and Monroe, 10, with ex-wife Mariah Carey.
But don't get it twisted – the father-of-seven says he welcomed all his children "on purpose".
Responding to City Girls rapper JT (née Jatavia Shakara Johnson), who told him to "wrap it up and protect [himself]" during his Power 106 Los Angeles radio show this week, the comedian said: "I'm having these kids on purpose. I don't have no accident!"
He added: "Trust me, there's a lot of people I could've gotten pregnant that I didn't. The ones that got pregnant are the ones that were supposed to get pregnant," concluding with a casual YOLO. "You only live once," he said.
