Police arrest another guide in ex-filtration case in Baramulla

Baramulla, Jul 8 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir police arrested another guide in this north Kashmir district, a police spokesman said Thursday.
He said on July 2, Baramulla police foiled an ex-filtration bid in Uri area by arresting four people including a guide namely Parvaiz Ahmad Hajam, resident of border area of Gohallan, Uri.
During his interrogation, the guide confessed about the involvement of another guide Mohammad Majloon Sheikh, resident of Dudran Boniyar.
Acting swiftly police arrested him and recovered incriminating material from his possession.
Accordingly, a case under relevant sections of the law has been registered in Police Station Uri and further investigation into the matter is in progress.
