So in NYC you no longer need to wear a mask indoors, it is not mandatory it is optional, so I walk in any store with no mask on and get a lot of stares but no one approaches me (funny when I was thinner folks did, ohh well) but here is the funny part, well funny to me.
My wife who is vaccinated doesn't need to wear a mask as she has her card but she wears a mask everywhere, I on the other hand am not vaccinated and I don't wear a mask anywhere I am sure when her and I are walking together they probably think it is the other way around![]()

Many vaccinated people will continue to wear masks, it is recomended and it's a personal choice. Masks will be around for some time to come. You're wife won't be alone

Same here in the DC burbs 97% still wear them and the requirement was changed May14th.
I get looks too but i am relieved to not get the headaches the stuffy nose and sinus difficulties.
People are programmed after 16 months and some are afraid still.
