Imphal, July 07 2021: The president of the Governing Council of Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Medical Sciences (JNIMS) Society has appointed Prof Laishram Deben Singh as the Director of the institute.

An order to this effect was issued by the president of the Governing Council of JNIMS Society today.

The appointment of Prof L Deben shall be on contract basis for a period of three years or till further orders, the order said.
