Zensar Technologies Limited’s wholly-owned subsidiary by Zensar Technologies Inc. has completed the acquisition of 100% membership interests in M3Bi India Private Limited.
The company further said the closing conditions for the acquisition of 100% membership interests in M3bi LLC, USA, by Zensar Technologies Inc. are underway and completion of the acquisition will be intimated by the Company, separately.
Zensar Technologies Ltd ended at Rs337.95 per piece up by Rs7.75 or 2.35% from its previous closing of Rs330.20 per piece on the BSE.
